Richie’s Journey with Exact Labour Hire

Richie has been working in Australia for three seasons, but this year marks his first with Exact Labour Hire. He joined as part of a four-person team on a poultry farm and has quickly become a highly valued member of the group.

Richie’s wife is also employed on the same farm, and together they began on a six-month contract. Their performance and commitment were recognised early on, leading to an extension through to a full nine months. The farm has also offered them the opportunity to return for future seasons — a testament to their dedication and the positive impression they’ve made.
